Hotel Pace is located in Marniga, a quiet hamlet in the municipality of Brenzone, at the foot of Monte Baldo and just 100 metres from Lake Garda. It’s the perfect destination both for those seeking a relaxing holiday and for sports enthusiasts.

The History
The hotel was founded in the late 1920s, originally as the village tavern. Thanks to nearly a century of management by the Brighenti family and their enduring passion for hospitality passed down through generations, it gradually expanded to become a fully established hotel. Over the years, the property has undergone several extensions and refurbishments. Today, the hotel is a modern establishment, in line with contemporary trends in both Italian and international tourism.

The main building features the restaurant, bar, and TV lounge on the ground floor, while the two upper floors feature Superior Rooms, one Standard Single Room, Deluxe Rooms with lake view, two apartments, and a panoramic rooftop terrace offering stunning views over Lake Garda.

The dependance (annex building), constructed in the 1990s, was partly refurbished in 2024. It includes the Deluxe Rooms with private terrace (completely refurbished), one apartment, Standard Rooms with balcony, one Standard Room without lake view, a Budget Single Room, and a Standard Single Room (completely refurbished), as well as a large terrace with lake view and the garage.

Main building or Dependance?

Superior Rooms: Recently renovated rooms of about 20 sqm, with a view of the inner courtyard facing the lake; located in the main building.

Deluxe Rooms:
With lake view: Recently refurbished rooms of about 20 sqm, located in the main building.
With private terrace: Recently refurbished rooms of about 20 sqm, located in the dependence*.

Standard Rooms: Rooms of about 16 sqm (not yet refurbished); some have a small balcony; one has no lake view but is slightly larger. Located in the dependence*.

Single Rooms: Rooms of about 10 sqm without lake view. One is not yet refurbished and located in the upper floor of the dependence*, the others are recently refurbished and located in both the main building and ground floor of the dependence*.

APARTMENTS:
Standard (not yet refurbished): Apartment of around 45 sqm with 1 bedroom, kitchen with sofa-bed, bathroom, and balcony with lake view. Located in the dependence*.
Superior (recently refurbished): Apartment of about 60 sqm with 1 bedroom, kitchen-living room with lake view, sofa-bed, and a large bathroom. Located in the main building.

Restaurant & Services

Comfort and relax

• Restaurant: Open from 12.00 to 13.30 and from 19.00 to 21.30. Here you can enjoy traditional Italian homemade food with local ingredients – including fresh fish caught from Lake Garda along with olive oil produced on our hills.

• Bar: Open from 08.00 to 14.00 and from 16.00 to 23.00.

• TV Room and Lounge: Open from 8:00 am to 14:00 pm and from 16:00 pm to 23:00 pm. Relax in our open lounge, read or watch television.

• Other Services: WiFi, free open-air parking, parking garage (at extra cost), air conditioning in all rooms, we welcome small-sized pets.
